The Villages spreads across three counties and its northern edge reaches well into our home territory in south Marion. Inside the community the jobs are small and precise — a stump ground out flush behind a lanai, an overgrown drainage easement, a lot line cleaned up — and they come with deed restrictions, district rules and gate access to work around. Just outside the districts, along CR-42 and CR-466, it is ordinary acreage work again. We handle both, and we are used to keeping a job quiet, clean and finished inside a day when that is what the neighborhood requires.
