Fort McCoy is northeast Marion, right up against the Ocala National Forest, and the parcels out there are the biggest we work — ten, twenty, forty acres of sand pine and palmetto with a two-track running through it. On that scale the honest answer is usually not to clear all of it. Clear the homesite, cut a proper drive in, mulch the trails and the areas you want walkable, and leave the rest as woods. It costs a fraction of a full clear and it is what most people actually wanted anyway. If you do need it all opened up, that is a multi-day job and we will tell you that up front rather than after we start.

We are based in Ocala and Fort McCoy is inside our normal working radius, so you are not paying for a crew to drive across the state to look at your property. Estimates are free and we do them in person — walking the ground is the only honest way to price this work.
