Anthony and Sparr sit just north of Ocala along US-301 and CR-329 — close enough to town to be convenient, rural enough that most parcels are measured in acres rather than feet. A lot of what we do up there is making raw land usable for the first time: cutting a driveway in off the county road, clearing a homesite back from the frontage so the house is not sitting on the highway, and grading the whole approach so the first hard rain does not wash the drive into the ditch. Culvert placement matters here, and getting it wrong is expensive to fix later.
